Recipe To Make The Most Delicious And Nutritious Protein Shake
It’s already summer and who won’t love to enjoy a glass full of chilled chocolate shake? If you are a strict fitness enthusiast, then you will definitely want to maintain your diet, but at the same time wish to taste the icy cool lip smacking shakes.

Don’t worry you won’t have to run to the supermarket to get high end ingredients; we will be using simple ingredients that are usually available in every household, especially if he/she is a fitness fanatic.
To make this delicious protein shake you will need the following ingredients:
- 200ml of skimmed milk
- 4 to 5 almonds
- 4 to 5 cashew
- 2 to 3 dates
- 2 to 3 walnuts
- 4 to 5 raisins
- One big scoop of protein powder ( preferably in chocolate flavour)
- One big ripe banana
- 1 teaspoon of chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon of flax seeds
- One small cube of shredded dark chocolate
- 2 to 3 cubes of ice
Here is how you can make this shake:
Step 1: Soak the chia seeds and shredded seedless dates in milk for two to three hours
Step 2: Coarsely grind the almonds, cashew and flax seeds
Step 3: Chop the walnuts and keep it aside
Step 4: Take a blending jar and pour the milk along with chia seeds and dates. Then put the coarsely grounded dry fruits to it.
Step 5: In the same jar you will have to add the bananas, protein powder and raisins
Step 6: Put the ice into the jar and blend all the ingredients properly for 20 to 30 secs. Check whether they got blended finely and if you find lumps, then try blending it for 10 more seconds
Step 7: Pour the blended shake in a glass
Step 8: Garnish the shake with chopped walnuts and shredded dark chocolate
Note: You should not add any sugar to it as banana, dates, raisins as well as the protein powder that you used will act as natural sweetening agents and enhance the taste of your protein shake.
